During a rebind operation, you encounter a SQL0440N error for one of the SAPTOOLS.DBH* functions:
SQL0440N No authorized routine named "SAPTOOLS.DBH_***********" of type "PROCEDURE" having compatible arguments was found.
SQL0204N "SAPTOOLS.DBH_*******" is an undefined name. SQLSTATE=42704
This can be for any of the DBH named functions.
