3231083 - Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling - Invite as optional - Recruiting Management

The recruiters often schedule many interviews where they are not participating as an interviewer but still receive the invite as an organizer (optional invite).

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

As of now, the system sends the invites having the interview originator as optional by design. If you believe this behavior should be altered, please, raise this to our Influence Page, where you can submit an idea or search and vote for existing ideas that you consider relevant on the Influence Page, so they can become an enhancement for future product versions.
