3231116 - DocuSign auto-created keys - Onboarding 1.0

• We have noticed two DocuSign keys in every candidate and want to know where these keys are coming from.
• There are two keys in the candidates' HRData that are never captured from any panels or from any imports.
• We have been experiencing issues about candidates not receiving their welcome emails, then we found out that the two keys in the Advanced Conditions were are using are not being met.

The two keys are: 

• • DocuSignEnaled
  • DocusignDisableOutsideSigning 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

These keys are added automatically to the candidates HRData at the beginning of the Post Hire Verification (PHV) Step.

• DocuSignEnaled
• DocusignDisableOutsideSigning

• The system auto-creates the keys DocuSignEnabled and DocuSignDisableOutsideSigning for every candidate at the beginning of the Post Hire Verification (PHV) step.
• This behavior cannot be changed.

DocuSignEnabled 

• Is created with value = YES, when the DocuSign Feature in Onboarding >> Settings >> Features is enabled.
• That value will be set as 'NO' when the DocuSign Feature is not enabled.

DocuSignDisableOutsideSigning

• Is created with value = YES, when the Outside Signing Feature is being used in the DocuSign settings in Onboarding.
• The value is set as 'NO' when the Outside Signing Feature is not enabled.
