Symptom
- sp_w or sp_who output commands are reporting sessions with "COMPILING" as command (cmd) during long time.
- Queries executed on ASE 16.0 SP03 PL12 & PL13 or SP04 PL02 to PL04 are not getting put into the statement cache. As result, it is observed several queries optimization/compilation done.
