3231398 - Job Requisition Creation page: missing system validation for Required Operator Fields

On the Job Requisition creation page, when entering a user in the Operator fields and then removing this user and leaving the Operator fields empty, the system allows you to proceed despite the required Operator fields being empty. In the Job Requisition details page the same user who was added and then removed as an Operator in the previous page is populated in the Operator fields. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Job Requisitions
3. Click on "Create New"
4. In the Job Requisition creation page, enter the Job Req Title
5. Enter a user in both the Operator fields
6. Remove this user from the Operator fields
7. Click on Next
8. There is no validation message and the system allows you to proceed
9. In the Job Requisition details page, the user entered in step 5 has been inserted as the Operator by the system

When the Job Req Originator fills any value in the Operator field and erases it, the value is retained and sent to the backend during the Job Req creation.

This issue has been identified as a defect and will be fixed with the b2211 release (Preview: October 28th, 2022 - Production: December 9th, 2022).
