3231496 - Picklist values not appearing for operator on Job Requisitions

User assigned to a Job Requisition is unable to see the picklist values when trying to edit a picklist. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Open Job Requisition
3. Edit picklist field and is say no selection. 

User did not have a language assigned. 

1. Go to Settings 
2. Change Language
3. Select Desired Language 
4. Save

Once these steps have been completed then the values appear once again. 

Please note: This is one possible fix for the issue.
