Symptom

Agency user is getting error when login to agency portal

Invalid company ID. Please contact your SAP SuccessFactors account representative.

Cause

1. The company ID is incorrect

2. The Agency user is accessing the incorrect link

Resolution

The company ID is case sensitive must be exact. When accessing the agency portal, the user needs to access the correct URL. The link should be based on datacenter where the company ID is hosted. Here are the agency links based on the datacenter.
