A job requisition is available for approving for a user, but the user doesn't see the Approve button in the mobile app.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
The job requisition has some required fields that are empty, and the user has write permissions on that step.
Resolution
When a user doesn't have write permissions on required fields, the system bypasses it and allows the user to approve the job requisition to move forward. However, if the user has write permissions and the fields are empty, they will have to fill them out prior to moving the job requisition forward.
Once the fields are filled out, the button for approving the job requisition will become available.
