3231574 - Error "This job type has been disabled for the company" for scheduled job in Provisioning

• No jobs can be executed due to This job type has been disabled for the company error
• After Instance Refresh, scheduled jobs are not running

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Under Actions column, try 'Run It Now' for the jobs listed
3. Get the error below
   Can not schedule this job due to the following errors:
   This job type has been disabled for the company.

This could be caused by S2 scheduler job being turned off in the backend post instance refresh. 

Raise a support ticket under LOD-SF-PLT-JOBS component for support team to engage Operations and check if S2 scheduler jobs are turned on after Instance Refresh.
