3231632 - Permissions needed to Initiate New Hire, Rehire, Internal Hire and Termination Events from ATS

Is there any additional permissions needed to initiate the onboarding events when using ATS? 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• For initiating New Hire, Rehire, Internal Hire or Termination events via ATS, the imports are used.
• However, the imports trigger POST_SAVE_RULES configured on Job Information entity only if the necessary permissions is configured in the system.
• Transfer events configured as post save rules may be skipped if the permission is not in place for imports.
• As a result New Hire, Rehire, Internal Hire or Termination events would also not be triggered.

• Go to Manage Permission Role 
• Identify the role assigned to the user responsible to initiate New Hire, Rehire, Internal Hire or Termination Events
• Click on Permissions, Navigate to "Employee Central Import Settings" > "Enable business rules for selected entities (All) or choose the Job Information Entity."
