Symptom

  • What monitoring is available for SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment? 
  • There is no "on/off" data collection toggle for SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry Environment in SAP Cloud ALM Health Monitoring.
  • There is no coloured status bar beside the SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment entries in the Health Monitoring service list in the "Monitoring" tab.
  • The message "[No Data] No data received" is shown in Health Monitoring even though SAP Alert Notification Service alerts are enabled for a "SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry Environment" service.
