Deleting a template from: Admin Centre > Manage Job Posting Header and Footer
will affect any of the Job Requisitions already posted using that template ?

Resolution
No, there is no issue doing that.
After the Header and Footer are updated and saved in the requisition, the system does not try to pull data from the template.
Then even if the template is modified or deleted the original Header and Footer in the requisition will remain unmodified.
