3231948 - Error trying to add new Concurrent Employment - Employee Central

When trying to add a new contingent workers one of following behavior is noted:

• When clicking submit an application error occurs.
• When clicking submit page keeps loading.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Global Assignment/Concurrent Employment

Mandatory HRIS Elements are inactive in Manage Business Configuration.

Please identify and enable required HRIS Element:

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
2. Check if there is HRIS elements that are currently disabled and if its Mandatory based on following KBA: 2586311 - Manage Business Configuration: Which hris-elements must be enabled and configured for Employee Central
3. After identifying inactive HRIS element enable it.

After enabling required HRIS Element you should be able to complete the concurrent employment.
