Symptom

The job search on the RMK sites located on DC12 Production was not showing any jobs on August 3rd.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open RMK site
  2. Click on main search
  3. Search returns 0 jobs 

Cause

solr replication issues are being investigated

Resolution

The issue has been resolved by our operations team who performed a solr Dataimport 

All jobs are now available again 

Root Cause is being investigated and will be updated here.
