Error message is shown after running a query in AO that forces user to restart AO

Error Messages in AO:

• Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION (RSBOLAP-000, “System ID”)
• SAP BI Add-in has disconnected all data sources.

SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office.

1. Launch AO;
2. Connect and run a query in the BW system;
3. Popup with an error message appears.

This issue might happen due to the corrupted cache file or wrong default configuration in the client machine.

1. Uninstall AO from control panel;
2. Clean AO leftovers in local machine: 
   2.1. delete all content of "C:\ProgramData\SAP\Cof";
   2.2. delete all content of "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Cof";
   2.3. delete all content of "%APPDATA%\SAP AG\SAP BusinessObjects Advanced Analysis\cache" or only the file for the system where the user is not able to connect;
3. Install AO again.
