Resolution
As said, this example is being used in a Requisition creation. It is necessary first, to create an Object where the association will happen between the two picklists.
- Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definition > Create New Object Definition:
- Here, you will insert the field to make the necessary association further: PicklistID (or name). Please assure that your PicklistId have the PICKLIST type:
Please note that if you don't add the Picklist field type here, it will not allow you to make the mapping in the Business Rule section. Otherwise, system will shows as the following the results when trying to fetch the Object: - Click on “details” within Picklist field type and provide a PicklistID source:
- Important to remember that the Security must be provided. If you keep a type of layer for Permission Category (like Miscellaneous permissions) be sure that the User will have the RBP necessary to edit and view the object:
- Now, go to Manage Data > Look for the Object you have created > Create a new entry for data. Here, will be necessary to make the mapping between the two picklists. In externalCode, will be inserted the desired value that system will “read” to populate the other picklist:
- The Rule structure should be set as following:
- After this, you can manually set for a desired Template within Manage Recruiting Rules:
