3232046 - Seek autocomplete fields issue in Field Completion - Recruiting Posting

When trying to set an auto-fill value in Field Completion for Seek fields Brand Template and Advertisement Type, we are getting the error "Matching configuration not found for Seek" instead of the list of values.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting > Field Completion
2. Select a job requisition template and go to Seek fields: Advertisement Type * (Autocomplete) or Brand Template * (Autocomplete)
3. Click "+" and select "Define auto-fill values"
4. Click the field to display the list of values -> error message "Matching configuration not found for Seek"

The dropdown list of values is not displayed because no posting profile is associated to the admin user.

If you want to define an auto-fill value for Seek job board specific autocomplete fields Brand Template and Advertisement Type, make sure the admin account you use is associated with the posting profile with Seek configuration. The list of values is collected via an API and the connection is not possible without Seek configuration (Hirer ID).
