3232120 - Error message when trying to redeem point through XOXO day

User is getting payment failed error while accessing xoxoday 

SAP Successfactors Rewards and Recognition

• choose to redeem my points:
  
• select the tile which directs to XOXODAY
• select the gift card you want to redeem and go to my cart
• click on "proceed to checkout"
• toggle "use available rewards points" and clicked on "proceed to redeem"
• received an error message "payment failed":
• 
• Upon checking with XOXODAY vendor, they provide the log to the customer and ask them to reach out to SAP:
