After setting up the External Forecasting, you observe a job failure refusing to connect External Forecasting Algorithm with the following error message:

• Notification error. Check Appl. Logs for DMFCS_REQUEST_MONITOR Ext. ID 

Accessing the External Identifier MFCS_REQUEST_MONITOR at Application Logs App, you observe the following detailed log error:

• NIEHOST_UNKNOWN(-2)
• Failed to receive notification
• IBP External Forecast Notification error

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• SAP Sales and Operations Planning (SCM-SOP)
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (SCM-IBP)
• SAP Supply Chain Management Demand (SCM-IBP-DM)
