3232233 - R3load fails due to module loading issue during export

Symptom

You are going to export an 'outdated' system for the upcoming upgrade rehearsal.

R3load command fails with following error:

WARNING    2022-08-02 10:18:05.731 (root/sapinst) (startInstallation) [iaxxbjsmod.cpp:83] id=modlib.jslib.childAppReturn
Execution of the command "/usr/sap/ABC/ASCS01/exe/R3load -v" finished with return code 255. Output: 
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr/sap/ABC/ASCS01/exe/R3load because of the following errors:
 0509-150   Dependent module libclntsh.so could not be loaded.
 0509-022 Cannot load module libclntsh.so.
 0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

"R3load -v" executed by <sid>adm user finishes without issue.
