3232350 - Offboarding notification trigger to managers though the option is deselected - Onboarding

Managers receiving the email stating that Offboarding activity could not be created. 

There is no "check" against the option to send an email to the terminated user’s manager if there is a failure in offboarding activity creation but still the email gets triggered.

At the provisioning, "check" against the option to send an email to the terminated user’s manager if there is a failure in offboarding activity creation but still the email gets triggered.

Need to run script to fix the issue. The operations team need to run a script to update the configuration setting.
