3232401 - Onboardee can see card with target Everyone (All Employees) - Onboarding

Symptom

Onboarding users can see cards that is configured with target: Everyone (All Employees).

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Home Page > Manage Organisational Updates
  2. Select a card
  3. The target group is: Everyone (All Employees)
  4. Onbordee logins
  5. See that same card in the homepage

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

  1. The target group: "Everyone (All Employees)" for cards in the homepage, means everyone: including internal and external users.
  2. If the requirement is to exclude external users, one or more specific target groups should be used.
