Custom BO field deletion in a deletion patch is not possible.

SAP Cloud Application Studio

1. Create a deletion patch in the SAP Cloud Application Studio 
2. right click on a Custom BO in your solution
3. See that Check in Check out options are disabled - only delete available

1. Only fields on an XBO can be deleted
2. Only the full custom BO can be deleted
