3232495 - Document transfer - Multiple updates processed in the same HRIS Sync

Document transfer fails when making multiple retroactive changes to update a subject's Manager in Employee Central when all the changes are processes in the same HRIS Sync job.

A subject's Manager is updated as in the following via import/integration:

1. Manager A to B Change effective 1st Jan
2. Manager B to C Change effective 1st Feb
3. Manager C to D Change effective 1st Mar

This is a retroactive change processed in a single HRIS Sync job.

Document transfer is not supported for multiple times manager change while previous document transfer is not even successful first.

DTCE requires the successful transfers in sequence.

However, manager change in EC doesn’t reply on the result of the DTCE in last manager change.

In such scenario only the first transfer is likely to happen, from Manager A o Manager B, the system will fail to process the subsequent transfers because the form is not yet found on the next manager's Inbox folder.

This is a limitation on the tool and to avoid this scenario, it must be processed one transfer at a time, with the successful transfer, the next manager update can be processed and the document transferred properly.
