3232496 - EXR - English US translation is shown on Help Text rather than Default label

When viewing the Executive Review in a language other than the one that has an explicit translation (e.g. French) the US English translation is shown rather than the default. 

Note: When the US English translation is not provided, the default translation is correctly shown.

This is the expected behavior.

In the application, the default locale (language) is English US. If the help text (or column name) is configured in both the default language and English US at the same time, and if the help text (or the column name) is not configured in the current selected language, then it would display the information in English US.

Therefore the help text (or column name) does not need to be configured in English US because it is already the default language.
