A wrong/ unexpected processor gets determined when an Activity Task is created by external system through web service.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
The processor value is hard-coded. The value of processor will always be determined to an Employee and not a Business Partner as only Employee is the allowed value for a Processor. This is the reason why when both Employee and Business Party point to the same ID, the system picks up Employee as the processor.
Resolution
This is the expected system behaviour by design.
