We can define the size of a input field of an attribute. 

Follow the below steps to change the size of a input text field of an attribute

1) Logon to CPQ 

2) Go to the products  

3) Filter the required product 

4) Click on Edit (Pencil button)

5) Go to  Product Atributes/Option tab

6) Filter the requred attibute which you would like to change the size

Here you can find  Additional Attribute Definition tab, then set the size (Height and width) as shown in the screen print
