Cannot select multiattachmentselection type in Offer Detail Template via Manage Templates tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Manage Templates > Recruiting Management > Offer Detail
2. Select an offer detail template
3. Click "XX Fields defined. Click to modify."
4. Add a new field
5. See multiattachmentselection is not in field type drop down list
   
   

This is a known limitation. It is not supported to select the field type multiattachmentselection via Manage Templates tool.

Please edit the XML template file and update it from Provisioning.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, you can raise a Change Request to SAP Support.
