3232585 - Short dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in ST03N/ST03G caused by Time Zone difference between ABAP system and Database

1. When accessing ST03N, after clicking on "Total" node button, the program terminates with MESSAGE_TYPE_X  short dump on ABAP program SAPLOLEA:

2. After executing ST03N and getting the dump, the STAD transaction shows no record (empty) for the same timestamp, although the stat files are being created hourly in the DIR_DATA directory.

3. ABAP system (TZCUSTHELP) and Database (RSDBTIME) are showing different time zones.  For example, RSDBTIME can show the following information:

Checking ABAP system timezone settings

ERROR: ABAP system timezone setting inconsistent!
ABAP system timezone (DB table TTZCU) is: <time zone abbreviation>
This is inconsistent with date and time of ABAP-Processor and database!

4. A similar symptom is shown in the KBA 2219492 - "Short dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in ST03N/ST03G", but the issue persists after implementing corrections outlined in the KBA.
