3232672 - SAP ICS: Statistical Cost Objects in FI Posting of SAP Concur Integration

If you need to maintain statistical cost objects in your SAP on-premise and Concur systems for reporting purposes, then these objects need to be maintained on Concur side as well. Depending on the use case, you must export the objects to Concur so that the traveler can select them when creating an expense report.

This allows you to get an overview of the areas where travel costs are spent independent from the cost object used in the allocation.

To give guidance about which approach fits best for you, consider the following: 

• How are you using the statistical cost objects?  
• Are you using different types of statistical cost objects? 
• Do you use connected lists or single lists? 
• How should the real cost object be determined? 
• For posting purposes, in addition to a statistical cost object, a real cost object needs to be provided.
