3232883 - Sales Quote Chance of Success Field Not Editable With Value 100%

You are working with a sales quote and notice its field Chance of Success as not editable, showing a read-only value of 100%.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the Sales work center.
2. Open the Sales Quotes work center view.
3. Open Sales Quote ABC (where ABC is the ID of the Sales Quote).
4. Click in the edit icon.

You will notice the field 'Chance of Success' read-only with value 100%.

Sales Quote ABC is configured for bi-directional replication OR CPQ flag is on. In this case, the Chance of Success field is read-only as this field cannot be exchanged with ERP due to different data models.

This is the system current standard behavior.

You can confirm sales quote ABC has bi-directional replication by checking its document type in the business configuration fine-tuning activity 'Sales Quotes' and then clicking in the 'Maintain Document Types' hyperlink. For the quote ABC document type, the column 'Replication' will show the value 'Bi-directional' OR "CPQ" flag will be on.
