3232887 - SAP SolMan doesn't start Tricentis ECT TOSCA test execution

Symptom

Test execution can't be started from SAP SolMan and no error message is shown on screen. You can find the following error message in the ecatt logs:

"SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcInvalidStateException: Lookup of function ECATT_GET_BLOB metadata failed for destination 00 ---> SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcCommunicationException: The only destination 00 available failed when retrieving metadata from SOL -- see log for details

........

System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document (0, 0). ---> System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing."
