When trying to add a Business Rules in a specific or multiple templates in Manage Rules in Recruiting, the user is receiving one or both following errors:

• ChangeSet index 1 - Creating or updating a link to the navigation property onInitRules failed because the association already exists.
• ChangeSet index 1 - Creating or updating a link to the navigation property onSaveRules failed because the association already exists.

The object "Recruiting Rules Assignment Configuration" in Manage Data for the specific affected template is set as "Inactive".

To add Business Rules in a Recruiting template, the template must be active in the referred object. To enable the object, you can follow the next steps:

1. Admin Center > Manage Data
2. Search for "Recruiting Rules Assignment Configuration"
3. Include Inactives = "Yes"
4. Select the affected template
5. Change the Status value to "Active"
