Symptom

  • Create a saved search in IT Service Management or ChaRM utilizing User Status and the 'IS NOT' operator
  • Running the Saved Search is returning search wrong results with the user status that is set with 'IS NOT' operator
  • Using a Saved Search that was created prior to update but the operator is loaded with 'IS', rather than the defined 'IS NOT' operator
