3232967 - Employee Profile Header Information Incorrect / Missing

Fields configured are not displaying correctly, or at all, on the employee profile header for employees

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Sample scenario ('Configure Header Fields'):

1. Go to 'Configure People Profile'
2. Select the 'General Settings' tab
3. Select 'Configure Header Fields'
4. Enable the fields that should display on the Header (standard and/or custom), e.g. "Email"
5. Go to Employee Profile
6. See no email address is displaying on the Header.

Sample scenario (EC-to-EP sync or standard/EP fields):

1. Update an employee's information - for example, Department, Division, Location, which sync from EC to EP
2. Refresh and check the employee's profile header - see the field does not match the value in EC

The Employee Profile Header takes its information from the Employee Export / UDF file, and the standard / EP fields within it. If a field is not reflecting any data or is not reflecting the expected data, it is because that field in the UDF is either empty or has not been updated correctly.

In order to confirm whether or not there is a value maintained for the concerned field, you can export the UDF via "Employee Export" and search for the affected user.

If the value is missing or not updated correctly, you can manually populate it and import the file back via the Basic User Information import via "Import Employee Data".
