Newly added values for fields (object, enum or picklist, etc.) not appearing in Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges.

Incorrect field is selected in "Recruiting Security Field Setup" in Provisioning, if the field type versions have been defined or previously used in the XML template.

Please note that "Recruiting Security Field Setup" in Provisioning decides what fields appear in "Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges".

If all the field type versions have been defined or previously used in the XML Template then you will see multiple fields of the same name/field label in Recruiting Security Field Setup.  These look like duplicates but refer to different fields(object, enum or picklist, etc.).

*Note: For custom fields, these will not appear in Recruiting Security Field Setup.  In order for these custom fields appear in the list in Recruiting Security Field Setup, these should need to be mapped to Custom Reportable Recruiting Fields in Provisioning.  See KBA 2081508 - Custom Reportable Recruiting Fields - Recruiting Management

Please make sure that you have selected the correct field from the list. If you do not have access to Provisioning, please contact your partner to assist you and ask them to select the correct field with correct field type in "Recruiting Security Field Setup".
