3233045 - Time Sheet Alert: "No time profile is assigned to job information"

• Time Sheet Alert shows message for employee-
  Category : Import Time Sheets  Message : No time profile is assigned to job information. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet

1. Administer Time under Time section 
2. Click on Time Alerts

• There was an issue with the job information read during import, this was fixed and patched.
  However we have an issue with the alert handling.
• If there is an alert in a certain time sheet week and no import is done for this week anymore, then the alert will be kept by the import job.
• This issue is already addressed with TIM-32484 - Improve Time Management Alert Handling in Import Job, but not yet planned.

To overcome the above issue, follow one of the two steps as below :-

A)Either delete the Time Management Alert manually in manage data.

Or

B)Import a delete entry (an External Time Data for the alert date with pseudo-valid data and the Delete This External Time field set to yes).
Then the job will process that week again (although nothing changes) but it will update the alerts properly.
