- Time Sheet Alert shows message for employee-

Reproducing the Issue
- Administer Time under Time section
- Click on Time Alerts
Cause
- There was an issue with the job information read during import, this was fixed and patched.
However we have an issue with the alert handling. - If there is an alert in a certain time sheet week and no import is done for this week anymore, then the alert will be kept by the import job.
- This issue is already addressed with TIM-32484 - Improve Time Management Alert Handling in Import Job, but not yet planned.
Resolution
To overcome the above issue, follow one of the two steps as below :-
A)Either delete the Time Management Alert manually in manage data.
Or
B)Import a delete entry (an External Time Data for the alert date with pseudo-valid data and the Delete This External Time field set to yes).
Then the job will process that week again (although nothing changes) but it will update the alerts properly.
