Symptom

When trying to open reports in AO from BI Launchpad, error is seen:
"Addin returned an error. Check logfile of the addin"
AO trace shows:
GetServerInfo exception (Error: WSE 99999)CauseMessage: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority 'customer.domain'. #
