Environment
Cause
When you are seeing the "Sorry! You are not entitled for SAP Note/KBA" message on more than one SAP Note/KBA, then that means the maintenance for your Customer Number is in a terminated status. When that happens SAP Notes/KBAs are not available to be viewed.
Resolution
Important: SAP Product Support cannot resolve this issue via case/expert chat.
When searching for SAP Notes/KBAs you may not see the Maintenance Terminated warning mentioned above. Go to the SAP for Me Home page where you will see the Maintenance Terminated message. Click on the Learn More hyperlink in the Maintenance Terminated message.
To resolve the Maintenance Terminated issue, contact your SAP Account Manager/Executive. If you are unsure who your SAP Account Manager is, contact the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
Or
Contact SAP Order Management by going to the Contact Us Contractual Questions section and click Submit your Question to open an e-mail to SAP Order Management. In the e-mail, provide your customer number, company name, and the message "Maintenance Terminated - Limited Access".
As soon as your account is updated, you will be have access to SAP Notes/KBAs, download software, and use other SAP for Me functions that were disabled.
