SAP for Me

There are different reasons for the error, "Sorry! You are not entitled for SAP Note/KBA":

• If this error occurs on more than one article, your customer number may have a warranty block or you may not be signed in with your S-user ID.
• If the error occurs on only one article, it's possible the article is a Pilot Note.

• If you see the Maintenance Terminated warning in a banner when you go to the SAP for Me Home page, click the Learn More hyperlink in the "Maintenance Terminated - Limited Access" message. Basically, to resolve the Maintenance Terminated issue, contact your SAP Account Manager according to KBA 2626344 or email SAP Order Management (contracts team) at sapcontractcenter@sap.com.
• If you don't see the Maintenance Terminated message on the SAP for Me Home page, make sure you are logged in with your S-user ID (not a P-user).
• If the issue only occurs on one note, it could be a pilot note which you need to request access to. For example, some pilot KBAs are only available to a specific group of customers, so customers who have not been granted access may encounter the following error message: "You are not entitled for SAP Note/KBAXXXXXX. The target audience for the SAP Note/KBA you were trying to reach does not fit your profile".
