3233523 - ShipNoticeRequest documents failed with an error in SAP Managed Gateway for Spend&Network

Symptom

The buyer is on an Ariba Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.

Previously, after upgrading to SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, Release 2202 (Q1 2022), when the buyer deleted the delivery for a stock transport order (STO), the DespatchedDeliveryNotification_Async_Out messages were sent from SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA to Ariba Network even though the vendor was not on Ariba Network.

The consequent ShipNoticeRequest documents failed in SAP Ariba Managed Gateway for Spend&Network with an error.
