3233605 - Metadata export creates an empty file - Recruiting Marketing

During the Internal Career Site implementation, the Export Metadata feature creates a file with the content <h1>File Not Found</h1>.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to CSB > Settings > IDP Configuration
2. Click on Export Metadata or View details

The RMK site URL is incorrect.

In order to work, this feature needs that the Site URL points to an RMK site.

If the Site URL is incomplete or points to a site outside RMK, it will cause the issue.
