3233725 - Custom Fields and Logic is showing blank screen

After configuring Fiori App “Custom Fields and Logic “(App id - F1481), and setup ATO.
When accessing the app from Fiori Launchpad, the app is showing Blank page.

in Console log, you will see below errors:

•  The following error occurred while displaying routing target with name 'CustomFieldsAndLogic': ModuleError: Failed to resolve dependencies of 'nw/core/extcfl/controller/cfd/CustomFieldList.controller.js'
   -> 'sap/ui/fl/fieldExt/Access.js': failed to load 'sap/ui/fl/fieldExt/Access.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~/sap/ui/fl/fieldExt/Access.js

Network trace:

• /sap/ui/fl/fieldExt/Access.js got 404 return code.
• Resource not found. Check the Application Log for External ID "UI5 bootstrap".
