• System user is not able to access "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding" feature.
• I can’t access the “Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding” feature in our system.
• My user (or system service user) doesn’t have the permissions/role needed to open or edit process flows.
• The Update Process Flows option is missing or greyed out, even though we use Onboarding/Offboarding.
• I’m unable to update or manage process flow configurations—no actions or edit controls are available.
• I need clarity on the exact roles/RBP permissions or setup required to enable access to this feature.
