3233964 - Leave Request Approvals are not Being Assigned to the Relevant Approver's

You are able to observe that some leave request approvals are not being assigned to the relevant approvers.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center

2. Select the Business Task Management work center view

3. Search and Select the required task

4. Click on Determine Asssignment button we get a warning message as "No assignment can be determined for 1 items" is raised

The leave request is for the time type Paid Time Off (PTO). This time type does not have any approval option maintained in Business configuration ,hence this request would be active without any approval task.

This is a standard system behaviour.

In order to have an approval option ,make the configuration settings accordingly in the system.
