3234004 - Encrypted message sent from Cloud Integration via HTTP adapter fails with Error

Symptom

An outbound message from Cloud Integration tenant fails with error java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: only '' and '\t' are allowed after '\n'.

In this error the '\t' and '\n' may be different characters but the base issue remains the same.
