3234011 - Additional Line is getting Added to the E-Mail Body Template

In your E-Mail body of the Sales Order Confirmation the additional line is getting added to the E-Mail Body Template like " Dear Customer We will send you a balance notice "

1. Go to Sales Order work center

2. Go to Sales Order view

3. Search for the Sales Order ID and then Re-submit the Sales Order to your own e-mail Id

 Now you will see that the email text ends with the last line " Dear Customer We will send you a balance notice "

This happens because the last line is actually your Email Disclaimer which comes from the Master Template.

1. Go to Appplication and User Management work center

2. Go to Master Templates view

3. Click on Edit button and then click on the Email Disclaimer tab

4. Remove the text

Note : If this disclaimer is used then it will be always added into the master template
