Symptom

Service Requests are updates to the configuration after implementation. SAP does not process Service Requests, so you will need to interface directly with WorkForce Software or a certified implementation partner to get the changes made.

If you choose to have your Service Request implemented by WorkForce Software, here are the steps to follow.

Service request can be created for the following cases.

  • If new configuration or new enhancement is needed for SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce.
