The customer reports an issue relevant to SAP Engineering Control Center.
In the Debug* or Console log file, you find ECTR version is in 4.X, eg., Version: ECTR V4.6.15.2.
ECTR 4.x is NOT SAP ECTR. SAP ECTR was started with version 5.x.
The customer has to open a ticket in the DSC Software OTRS ticket system for ECTR 4.x issues.
Please ask the customer close the current ticke and create a new one via DSC Software OTRS ticket system for ECTR 4.x issues.
