Symptom

You use Orbeon and some Services in Cloud Portal are not starting due to something similar to:

ERROR org.orbeon.oxf.common.Version - Orbeon Forms 2018.2.3+.sap.202009112310 PE: License has expired on 2022-02-07. Please make sure a proper license file is placed under WEB-INF/resources/config/license.xml.
