Resolution
The sorting order of the Recommended Mentors is dependent on the number of Scoring Items. The mentor who has more number of Scoring Items is displayed first. However, if two or more mentors have same scoring items the order of Mentors displayed will be random.
As an alternative, if there are multiple mentors having the same scoring items, kindly use the Key questions to refine the Recommended Mentors. Mentors who do not satisfy the key questions matching criteria will not be displayed as Recommended Mentors.
As per the current system design, it is not yet possible to hide/remove the "Show Recommended Mentors" and "Search for a mentor" options.
